1. What BLOCKZERO is

BLOCKZERO is a set of smart contracts on public blockchains and this website, which is one way to read from and write to those contracts. Through it anyone can create a token, trade tokens on a bonding curve, and trade graduated tokens on a pool.

In these terms "the operator", "we", and "us" mean the independent developer who operates blockzero.fun.

2. No custody, wallet only

The site never holds your funds, your tokens, or your keys. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. We cannot move your assets, reverse a transaction, or recover a lost key.

You are responsible for your wallet, for what you sign, and for the gas your transactions use.

3. Tokens are made by users

Tokens are created by whoever chooses to create them. We do not review, vet, verify, or endorse any token, and listing on this site is automatic. We make no statement about the legal status, value, or future of any token.

Token names, images, descriptions, and links are supplied by creators. They may be wrong, misleading, or offensive. We may hide a token or its metadata from this website, for example where it is unlawful or impersonates someone. Hiding it here does not remove it from the blockchain and does not stop it from being traded through the contracts.

4. If you create a token

You are responsible for the token you create and for everything you say about it. Do not impersonate other people or projects, do not use names or images you have no right to use, and do not make promises about price or returns. What you put in the token's metadata is public and permanent.

You are responsible for working out whether creating and promoting a token is lawful where you are.

5. Fees

The contracts charge fees on trades and at graduation. The amounts that apply to a token are shown on its page and in the trade panel before you sign. Fees go to the protocol, to token creators, and to referrers, as set out in the contracts. Network gas is separate and goes to the chain.

6. What the contracts allow the operator to do

The contracts are not upgradeable. The operator can pause the creation of new tokens. The operator cannot pause trading, selling, graduation, or fee claims, cannot mint tokens, and cannot take tokens or native assets out of a curve or a pool.

The operator can change fee settings, the graduation target, and the graduation router for tokens created afterwards, within limits fixed in the contracts. Tokens and pools that already exist keep the terms they were created with.

7. Who may use the site

You may use the site only if you are old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and only if using it is lawful for you. The site is not offered to anyone in a place where creating or trading these tokens is prohibited, or to anyone who is subject to sanctions that would make it unlawful to deal with them. Do not use the site to break the law, to launder money, to manipulate markets, or to attack the site, the indexer, or other users.

8. Not advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Numbers shown on the site come from an indexer and can be late or wrong. Decide for yourself, and check the chain.

9. No warranty

The site and the contracts are provided as they are, without any promise that they will be available, correct, secure, or free of bugs. You use them at your own risk. Trading tokens can lose everything you put in.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses that come from using the site or the contracts, including losses from price changes, failed or delayed transactions, bugs, chain failures, wrong or stale data, lost keys, or the actions of token creators and other users. Some places do not allow limits like this, in which case the limit applies only as far as the law there permits.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Changing these terms does not change the contracts.
